How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please see our Shipping Policy Page for time estimates. Please note that we ship from the USA so your order will be sent from different US Carriers.


Please note that we will process/handle your order in 1-3 days and it will be delivered to you in 7-14 Days(USA). In rare cases, your order may be delivered to you late by 1-2 days due to high-demand items.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we do offer Free Shipping on current products.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track it.


We also strongly advise creating a customer account using the email address used to place the order. You’ll be able to easily track its progress in your account dashboard.

I just realized my Shipping Address is incorrect, what can I do?

We do ask that all customers double-check their addresses when entering their information on our contact information page.


If, on the other hand, you entered the wrong address, moved, or need to change a detail in your address after your order has been shipped and you have received your shipping confirmation email, we will be unlikely to accommodate you or offer you a refund. If you notice a mistake or error, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can contact the warehouse and see if it is possible to update it for you.


Please note that if we can resend the package to you you will need to cover the relevant reshipping fees.

What can I do if my order is delayed?

Please note that we aim to get all of our orders to our customers within the time window outlined on our shipping policy page.


Unfortunately, delays do occur from time to time. While we understand that this can be inconvenient, we are unable to cancel or refund orders that are trackable and in transit.


Because each case is unique, So, if you have any concerns about your order/the tracking number assigned to your order and would like more information, please contact us.

Is it still possible to cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.


If your order is held up/significantly delayed/missing in transit we will endeavor to send a replacement ASAP but as we cannot recall the package we cannot cancel or refund it at this point.
